Promotional System

Someone had asked about guild ranks.

So far we have two Guild officer and member.
But that doesn't mean that we can't have our own system.
1. Guild Master
2. Guild War Master
3. Guild Officer
4. Guild Recruiter
5. Member
6. Newbie

Now let me start with the newbie. The newbies are those that haven't registered on the guild forum site and to the vent server.

The Member is someone that has accomplished the first stages of signing up for the vent or guild forum site. Now at the first of the month we should have our guild vent server running so after that there shouldn't be any excuse why u haven't signed up. The is the first of october 2008.

Guild recruiter is someone that I can count on to bring in new members to the guild. Getting people to sign up for both the vent server and forum and have the general drive to contribute to the size of the guild. They are my right hand men. Someone that I can count on no matter what.

Guild officer is someone that has recruited enough committed people to the guild that I feel comfortable giving access to the guild funds. Now dont ask for a position first of all because you probably wont get it. But to let you know I try to watch everything. So I will be away if you make an effort to stick out.

Guild war master is the last one and they are incharge of the war effort. Helping me organize events as well as getting people to sign up for the event. Not only that. They also generate off topic chat in the guild. And try and make everyone feel like that they are at home. Or at a place that can be relaxing. Everyone in the guild should know there character name. They should also try to know everyone else's character name.

And lastly there is me the guild leader. But since i am in school I am thinking about making an interm guild leader someone that can rule in my stead sometimes... So umm work hard and lets get more recruits.
